On September 15, 2025, a buyer visited the VEDA OXYLON factory to gain a closer understanding of our hyperbaric oxygen chamber production process, manufacturing workflow, and quality control standards.
During the visit, the buyer toured key production areas and observed different stages of the manufacturing process, from component preparation and surface treatment to oxygen supply unit assembly and chamber body processing. This on-site visit helped the buyer better understand VEDA OXYLON’s production capability, technical process, and attention to product details.
Understanding the Production Process
At VEDA OXYLON, we believe that reliable equipment starts with responsible manufacturing. During the factory tour, the buyer reviewed several important production stages, including:
Surface treatment of metal components and structural parts
Assembly of oxygen supply and control units
Chamber body processing and structural installation
Production management and quality inspection procedures
By visiting the production site in person, the buyer was able to see how VEDA OXYLON products are manufactured step by step, gaining a more direct view of our factory operations and quality-focused production approach.
